Konvertere fra Homeseer linux til windows

jeg har prøvd å legge inn ny homeseer på en windows pc og kopierte over backup filen i fra Linux Homeseer.

Det fungerte ikke. kom ikke opp noen ting i programmet,

og har fortsatt problemer med å finne min zwave usb.

 

Noe forslag?

Finner Zwawe på comport 5 og RFXcom på 4

Nå har jeg prøvd alle COM porter ingen ser ut til å fungere, men den sto på 5 som det står i enhets behandlig i windows

Akkurat nå så hengte den seg på COM1

 

Jeg begynner å lure på om det er noe feil med Z-wave stic..

Jeg har sjekket den med ett program som jeg kan ta backup av sticken med, der ser alt ut til å være ok.

Den kobler også opp på port 5

Skru av plugin, trekk ut stick og sett inn igjen og skru på plugin, avslutt hs3 og restart windows

Husk også å avslutt det andre programmet du bruker mot sticken. 

 

Kan også være verdt å nevne at du hadde samme problem på Linux før du byttet til windows...
